LiveUpgrade issue

 We are facing an issue while creating BE using lucreate command. The global has two zones, running on separate zpool, each with separate dataset for /export/home and /opt. 
When we try to create BE, following error message is thrown. We tried with different LU patches (121430-72/75/78/81) and also 121430-80

root@ite-glb03# lucreate -n new_be
Analyzing system configuration.
Updating boot environment description database on all BEs.
Updating system configuration files.
Creating configuration for boot environment <new_be>.
Source boot environment is <s10_u10_07_2012>.
Creating file systems on boot environment <new_be>.
Populating file systems on boot environment <new_be>.
