11.2.0.3 crashing and restarting RHEL 5 kernal

Hello,

  We have two RHEL 5 servers that have Oracle 10.2.0.5 database and clusterware installed on them.  A 10g database and (used to) have a 10g listener.

A couple of months ago, i installed 11.2.0.3 database only onto one of these machines.  i didn't want to install Grid for the clusterware stuff, because this install was only going to have single instances database among other reasons.

Every once in awhile, this new 11.2.0.3 database and the (new) listener crashes.  From what I've found, the RHEL kernal on that server restarts too.  Nothing happens to the 10g stuff, that database and clusterware daemons all keep running fine.
