I have installed Icould 12.1.0. and when I have an alert I do not receive the alert by mail

hello gurus,

         I have installed : the I cloud 12.1.0.1 the repository on a server Linux Redhat V6,
                                  : The agent on each server where I have database to look after

                                   : I have setup the parameter of Notification Method email adress, smtp server ( I have executed test of e-mail) I received test mail.
                                   : My Notification schedule 

                                    Afterwards I have done a test : I have stopped my database and I have not received mail's alert and I have stopped server and I have not received Alert's mail.

                                    1 - I do not understand If I have to setup the parameters of the metrics or like in 10g I the parameters have defined by default and we use a template defined by Oracle.
