Support has created a new style of document aimed at resolving issues by identifying symptom / solution matching. These Search Helper Guides are created for targeted areas of the application where we see a high volume of SRs being logged for known issues. These new style of documents provide some of the Articles known to have fully solved the issue in the past according to specific criteria.  Please take a look and let us know what you think!
