Session 1563 is blocking other 2 sessions

 Hello everyone I am constantly getting the error "session 1563 is blocking other two sessions" as a warning on my database


If I go and check what the session is doing I get that this session is linked to the db lgwr 

Could anyone please advice on how to mitigate this issue should I add more redo groups  or maybe increase the size of my redo log files

Any help regarding this issue will be appreciated
