Price Break type modifiers not being considered in deriving the unit price

 Hi,

I have entered Price Break type modifiers for calculations of Price Breaks when the same is missing in Price List. However this is not being considered. The qualifiers associated with the modifier is fine since if I create a discount or surcharge type modifier with the same qualifier, they are being considered to derive the unit price.

Any one has any idea why this is happening?
