Viewing Table Grants in SQL Developer (3.0 and up)

When code is pushed by a DBA from dev/test to production, our developers are required to verify the push. They need to verify everything from tables, procedures, grants, etc. They all use SQL Developer.

 

We have not been able to come up with sufficient grants to their developer role so that they can view grants for tables in SQL Developer.  Is anyone aware of a series of direct object grants that would suffice or another type of workaround?

We granted these so far, both to the developer role and to the developers themselves, but nothing is effective for SQL Developer. Note: Grants are visible to these users if they use TOAD and these privileges are granted to their role.
