The Subledger accounting features are not available to the General Ledger and Subledger Accounting r

Hi

Can any one help me on this??  When I try to enter to the sla journal lines inquiry the following message appears

The Subledger accounting features are not available to the General Ledger and Subledger Accounting responsibilities. To access this feature, A Responsibility that creates subledger accounting such as Payables or Receivables  or Cost Management should be used..

I followed note Subledger accounting features are not available to the GL and Subledger Accounting responsibilities [ID 1380593.1], but it does not work

Can you please help me?
