Oracle Projects upgrade from 11.i to R12.1.3

 In Oracle Projects 11i we had the "Projects Supplier Invoice Account Generation" workflow. We customized it in 11i and named it "XX_Projects Supplier Invoice Account Generation". 
But when we upgraded to R12 in System Administrator responsibility "Account Generator Processes" do not show our Customized workflow " XX Projects Supplier Invoice Account Generator". Instead of Customized workflow we only see the seeded workflow "Project Supplier Invoice Account Generation".  

Q1: Do Customized Account Generator Workflows do not come across in the Upgrade Process?
Q2. What are my options? Please advice?
