Translation Patch error after add French language

Hi All,

As mention in the title. I have an error when i apply a translation patch. From the patch log, and adworker log, summary of the error as follow :

1. CSTFVTLC.fmx = adworker(4) error : object APPS.CST_LAYER_ACTUAL_COST_DTLS_V is invalid
   object APPS.CST_LAYER_ACTUAL_COST_DTLS_V  invalid, from my investigation because MMT.TRANSACTION_ACTION_ID not in the group by of the syntax

2. TFECMAN.fmx = adworker(2) error :
Compiling WHEN-NEW-ITEM-INSTANCE trigger on NOTES item in NOTES_CONTROL data block...
Compilation error on WHEN-NEW-ITEM-INSTANCE trigger on NOTES item in NOTES_CONTROL data block:
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 3, column 2
