Field Org Must be Entered

Hi,

Using own created responsibility: Once i go to create P/O and define shipment detail and save the P/O. during approval activity a message is coming "Field Org Must be Entered".

On the other hand once i select seeded responsibility "Purchasing Super User" the message is not coming.

Please help out to find out the root cause of this issue. thanks
