Error on Manage Tax form

Hi all,

One user is facing the following error while going to access the Manage Tax form at PO.

Error Page:

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your system administrator for assistance.

Also note that the said issue is faced from yesterday. Orther wise it was working fine. I also tested the same on TEST, its working fine. Please guide how to troubleshoot the said issue.
