Is teleservice module working just bill only logic?
Our customer is using teleservice module but they don't have any integration with order management, work in progress and purchasing module. When they have a request from customer related with repair action; they open sales order manually and then they tie up this sales order to work order manually.
But according to us these progress should be done automatically. It means that when we open service request, we can open sales order or work order from service module automatically. Is it possible?
