System panic after applied patch

Hi,

We have a V490 running Solaris 10 Update 9 with kernel level (uname -a) 142909-17. After applying bundle patch 10_sparc_0910_patchbundle (kernel 147440-07), the server keeps rebooting. The rebooting managed to stop and server reverted back to the initial kernel level 142909-17.

Could anyone advice how to go about applying 10_sparc_0910_patchbundle ?
