Inability to initiate the approval workflow process when the requestor is not the same as approver

Hello,
I am working in Vision instance. After creating a proposal contract, I selected the "OKE Contract Approval" workflow.

Now I wish to specify an employee, to whom the approval request reaches after I 'start' the approval workflow. How can I accomlish that?
