BI Publisher 11G are we able to use data elements in bursting query?

Hi!

We use BIP 11.1.1.6.

One of my data models has a lengthy bursting SQL Query because I need to create a report in the email body (using PARAMETER5) as well as attach a PDF report to the email.  I'm finding that it's difficult to maintain this bursting SQL Query because of the quantity of sub queries it contains for PARAMETER5.

I'm looking into other options on how to get the data I need into PARAMETER5 of the bursting SQL Query.  I tried feeding in default parameter values (derived from LOVs), but I don't think this will work because when I submit the report job (it's a scheduled report that no one runs manually) the parameter values for the initial run are passed into the report submission.  I need dynamic values that are updated at the time of each scheduled run.

Howdy, Stranger!
