Address Fields for Custom Objects

in CRM On Demand - Administration (MOSC) Question
Hi there,

I have a requirement whereby I need to record addess details on a Custom Object on CRM OD (Custom Object 4). Is it possible to insert 'address' type fields into a CO?

Problem is when I create a CO4 record from the Account page (associated information), reporting will not provide information accross both records. I have to link the records manually after creation for a report to show required information.

Any help is appreciated.
