OTL: New Rollback Functionality MANDATORY PATCH needs to be applied

Hello,

Please note that there is a new Mandatory Patch for an issue that has arose with the new new OTL Rollback Functionality that was delivered in Oracle HRMS 12.1 RUP 5 (Patch 13418800)

Please apply asap :
Patch 14389835:R12.HXT.B  - INCORRECT BG ERROR FROM ROLLBACK BATCHES FROM BEE PGM
