OEM Services showing stopped

Hi,

      I am seeing that the oracle oem dbconsole services are stopped under the services in windows 2008. But the oem is up and running without any issues. When I try to stop the service, it is giving me the error that the service is not started.

C:\Users\support>emctl stop dbconsole
Oracle Enterprise Manager 11g Database Control Release 11.2.0.1.0
Copyright (c) 1996, 2010 Oracle Corporation.  All rights reserved.
https://oracledb.comp.local:1158/em/console/aboutApplication
The OracleDBConsoleorcl service is not started.

Also, when I try to start the service,

C:\Users\support>emctl start dbconsole
