Can this be done using Analytical Function

Hello

I have a table with three columns and they are application_name, time_in_minutes [0-1439] which is the total number of minutes in a day and a flag. The table holds 1440 records for an application where each record represent a minute in a day. The record starts from 0 till 1439.

This monitoring table just informs other applications if any message was received  every minute during the day. If a message was received then the column Record_exists_flag is set to 'Y' or else it is set to 'N'. I would like to know from the table below if there were more than four
