Customer Search results page

Hi Guru's,

How to display more than 10 results on the customer search page. Requirement is to display 50 results. Tried to do oaf html page personalization but seems like I'm missing something. Anyone who have had this experience please share the steps you took.

Also, on the customer search currently it displays Registry ID. How can we display the customer account number? Please share the steps involved to do page personalization on this.
