Teleservice Project 'Task'

Hello,

The CS Teleservice form (Service Request form) has Project number in it, however there is no placeholder for 'Task' (project task). Project accounting expects Task info mandatory as a part of the Interface. Not sure of the intent of using just the Project number without Task. or we are missiong anything here ? Appreciate for claorification.
