Technote 515 to batch validate Order and Assets

Hi,

I need to batch validate assets and orders that i created via EIM.

I started to follow the instructions from Technote 515. One of the early steps is to load some SIF file. The problem is the SIF file was created from a 7.5 repository and we use 8.1.1.7.

the differences between the SIF file and siebel vanilla DB 8.1 are significant.

some of these differences are because of the changes added in subsequent version post 7.5

some of these differences are because of the added functionality of technote 515 (batch validate...)

At this point of time I can't find this SIF of any use. When I try to merge, tools sometimes makes the wrong decision (file over repository)
