Very Large SGA suggestions

 Hello,
We are working on a new test system to see the impact on performance of very large SGA sizes (200G, 300G, etc...).  We are looking to reduce dependency on disk reads.  I have heard of issues with SGA's this large due to other internal settings that are based on the SGA size or would not be setup correctly due to SGA size (number of latches or mutexes, etc..."

I'm wondering if there are any suggestions or documents on what to look at / settings for a RAC database with SGA's this large?

I've searched MOS but just about everything talks about the low end not the high end of the settings.
