Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

There are 4 lines in one sales order. Order relased 2 lines processed and in Ship Confirm status while other lines Back ordered.

Even there are on hand quantity and all serials available for this transaction.

Can anyone explain why order lines became Backorder even OH quantity is available.
