Q: How can W2s from prior years and earlier releases be viewed and printed in release A9.3?

A: You will need to Convert Previous Year W2 Libraries. This job needs to be run if you are a U.S. Payroll user and need to view information for any of the W2 versions for a previous year. Special Job Convert Previous Year W2 Libraries:
            Menu G97U24 A73 - A92 or A93 Payroll/Human Resources
            Menu G97U22 A81 - A92 or A93 Payroll/Human Resources
