Oracle User Management - Known Issue when deleting and re-adding a new Responsibility to a Role.

Hello Group,

I was wondering where I could find the list of the know bug issue with the Oracle Module User Management.

We have an issue where once a responsibility is deleted from a Role, this deleted responsibility will then re-appear when a new responsibility is added to this Role.

What is your suggested way to deal with this issue? Is there a recommended script or an Alert that can be set to well delete the deleted responsibility so that it does not come back again?

Please suggest me to which Oracle E-Business group this question can be assigned as no Oracle User Management Group exist.
