Weblogic server can not started after changing sysman password in EM 12C

Hi,

Because I forgot sysman password and I changed it to another one. I cannot start up weblogic service now.The error message is:

The OracleWeblogicNodeManager_EMGC_OMS1_1 service on local computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or grograms.How to resolve this problem.

My OS is Windows Server 2008R2 and EM is EM12c. Respository  is not on this box. Only OMS and Weblogic server.
