Assigning Custom Row Sets to Project Performance Pages

Hi,

We have created custom Project Performance Row sets for our customer and want to assign them to our Project performance pages.  I cannot determined where this assignment is made.  i've tried looking at the page personlaiztion but that does not appear to be it.  Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly apprecaited.
