Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

Hi,

I have started the Serivces of Database and Listner sucessfully without any issue and also logged in database.

But i am unable to start the application services and it's going to status as 1.

Please find the below attached having application services log file.
