Impacts on econfigurator behaviour if we change the attribute Cfg State Code Field to "User Requeste

Hi Experts,

I want to know what is the impacts on econfigurator behaviour if we change the attribute Cfg State Code Field to "User Requested Item".

We have designed the Custom Solution to behave as a Required Attribute depends upon condition.

Ex:

Requirement is , In Quote Sales cycle 01 we need the attribute as Optional and In Sales Cycle 02 we need it as required (if user Dont fill anything in Text Field or Radio/Combo)

we have implemented like.

Attribute01- Having below values

Please Select (Default Value)
Yes
No
Please Complete (Rejected value is Please Complete and We are Hiding Please Compelte Value)
