Can't find Setting and Log Out menu on latest MOS/html version..

Hello,Since MOS migrate to HTML version, I dont know why I can't find the Setting and Log Out menu.
I hv cleared all cache, cookies, temp files, etc.
Trying to log in via IE still got same problem.
I'm using Firefox 14 on WIndows 7.
