Archive Plan Summary

Hello,

When I tried to manually run the 'Archive Plan Summary' program to extract data to APCC, it did not launch the subsequent programs e.g. Archive One Package.

However, when Archive Plan Summary is triggered automatically at the end of plan run by setting 'Export to APCC=Yes' it is working fine. Any inputs is appreciated.
