Credit Card Outstanding Transactions Management (Details) report errored out

Hello All,
Credit Card Outstanding Transactions Management (Details) report completed with following error.

"Concurrent Manager encountered an error while running Oracle*Report for your concurrent request 12826721. Review your concurrent request log and/or report output file for more detailed information."

Now we want to know whether the notifications have been sent to recipients or failed? I checked in wf_notifications table with message type as 'APCCARD'. Is there any query or table to know the notifications sent by particular concurrent program id?
