Why Payable Invoice Batches viewable across all operating units in R12 even we don t use MOAC?

Hi All;

We have just upgraded from 11.5.10 to R12. I have created invoices by using invoice workbench. But why invoice batches viewable across all operating units? And also ap_batches_all table org_id column is null.

Could you please comment on this?
