Pending unproccessed shipping transaction

Hi Gurus,

We have one pending shipping transaction in our warehouse, which is restricting the period closure.

Internal Sales Order - Line is having quantity 400 kgs with the status - Picked Partial. In shipping Transaction form we have two lines, line1 is having qty 614 pounds with the status Shipped and next step as Run interface, line 2 is having qty 267 with status backordered and next step as pick release.

When I submit Interface Trip Stop it is completed with warning, in log we got an Error msg: Could not obtain Lock on Order Line/s.

Any help on processing this issue would be appreciated.
