Using a third party API in BI Publisher 10g

Hi guys...
I need to schedule some reports that are available and working in Crystal Reports.

The schedule option is only available in the enterprise edition which costs almost US$4.000.

Since we have BI Publisher 10g and 11g in a VM and those support scheduling, we want to try that way.

The API collects a lot of data and returns availability % and other stuff depending on the report.

The API is called GETEXTENDEDCOLLECTEDDATA.

How can i call this API and show it in a report in BIP?
