Creating Service Requests from the iSupport Homepage

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to allow an iSupport Employee responsibility (eg iSupport Employee user) to create different service requests from different pages off the same homepage.

Eg. SCENARIO - On the iSupport Employee homepage, you would click 'Create Finance Service Requests' and it will allow you to only create Finance related SR's. On the same page, you could then choose 'Create Technology Service Requests' and it will allow you to create only Technology SR's, etc.

If this is possible, how do I do it?

(ps. I need it on the same homepage - not different responsibilities)
