What is the best way to load/import Product Data Hub configuration?

I need to move our configuration of Product Data Hub/MDM from one environment to another.  What have you found to be the best way to extract ICCs, attribute groups, rules, roles, groups, etc and load/import it?

ldt's and fndload?  PDH Export/Import?  Interface tables?

If in interface tables, what do you use other than EGO_ATTR_GROUP_COLS_INTF?
