Unable to see Mass Settlement Claims after submitting it.

We are not able to see Mass settlement claims from the front end in Trade Management.

I am able to submit the mass settlement claim properly and even the settlement is happening correctly from the receipt application standpoint.But after submitting the claim is not visible and the control comes back to the home page with no records.

Found a metalink note that said patch 9843446 needs to be applied.

Our DBA says that this patch applies to R 12.0

We are on R 12.1.1....Is this patch applicable to 12.1.1 ?
