DBA Limit on Annual Dollars not taken in consideration when calculating payroll

Hi All,

We are on JDE EnterpriseOne version 8.12 and we have a very basic deduction that is a % of gross earnings with an amount on the P059116 DBA Basic information screen in the field Limit on Annual Dollars 1 (field alias: ADL).

The payroll calculation does not top up the deduction to match the annual limitation.  I have searched the Knowledged base and the patches however found no trace of any ESU to that effect.  Would anyone have encountered this situation?
