is there an API to insert data in the sourcing table pon_bidding_parties ?

Hi,

We are going for a customization to populate the suppliers from a non-apps system into a sourcing RFQ, after it is cosed but no surrogate responses have been entered yet. We are useing Surrogate quote functionality and do not have iSupplier liscense. We have identified table pon_bidding_parties table that get populated once suppliers added to the sourcing RFQ. We want to populate this table table programatically from the non-apps system.

Is there an API to insert data in the sourcing table pon_bidding_parties table ?
