WPS IFILE Customization - Report requirement for Salary Payment

 Hi All
We are implementing JDE E1 9.0 HR/Payroll in Dubai, UAE. Has anyone using WPS IFILE report from JDE? has anyone developed the required file? WPS IFILE is required for salary payment as per UAE Labor law
Would appreciate if anyone share any documents related to customizing IFILE report in JDE? I
