Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. R09321 Transaction Journal not balancing

Hello,

Our R09321 Transaction Journal report does not balance debit and credit amounts, any idea's where to look?

Data Selection is on company number only, processing option only one period.

We have intercompany settlements switch on, but for this company there were no intercompany transactions this period.

Any input/solution direction is very welcome!
