No approver for employee Hilal, Hilmi was found to approve Manual 4178417

Dear Team,

One of the approver did not have enough prevuledge to approve journals in GL as a result  initiator and sysadmin were informed of this error.  Currently all batches which sent that msg are now having POST and APPROVE button grayed/disabled.

Please assist! This is very critical as we are at month end and we cannot post even approve those journal!
