PN:Cost Center charges

Hi

Reading the user and implementation guides, it seems like there is a way to charge cost centers for the use of office space by employees. However, the guides only point out how to assign employees and cost centers to office space, but do not seem to include any explanation of how the cost centers are actually charged ? Am I missing something obvious ?
