OTL : End the calendar time card period & Start date of the time card period

In OTL how to restrict the time entry that should end date the week calendar w.e.f 31st July 2012 after which the employee should not be allowed to enter time entry

and how to start new calendar in R12 instance w.e.f. 1st Aug 2012 before this period ,employee should be restricted not to enter time period
