Launch an external website via the application

Hello All

I would like to create a function (and attach it to a menu structure) that will allow me to launch an external website in a new window. Does anyone know what Function Type I should be using?

It has been documented that the 'SSWA plsql function' is no longer supported in R12. What has replaced it or which other one should we use?
