Enterprise Manager job output log not included in email notification

All,
This particular issue has just recently been addressed in an SR which resulted in BUG 14399777.  In Enterprise Manager 12c (Bundle Pack 1), job output log information is not included in email notifications.  Oracle suggested (via the SR) to add [EXECUTION_LOG] to the email template for Job Status Change.  I did this but to no avail.

I would like to know if anyone else is experiencing the same issue.  If so, have you been able to resolve it, or at least found a workaround?
