Item Costs Detail Window

Hi - recently applied patch 13545598 - however when testing it have noticed that "Last PO Price" and "Invoice Price" fields in the Item Costs Window are not populating as one would expect (different numbers).  Could be related but maybe not.  We us Average Costing - does anyone know how these two fields are populated?
